Giveaway - Win a 'lifeasy Mini Mincer!'

​Terms & Conditions:

• IP&E GBA Limited and IPEshop (the "Organiser") are the organisers of the "Giveaway – Win a 'lifeasy 3-in-1 Mini Chopper'!" (hereinafter referred to as "this Activity").

• This Activity is open only to Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above.

• This Activity will close at 12:59 PM on 12 August 2026 (based on GMT+8 Hong Kong time).

• Participants must have liked the "IPEshop" Facebook page or Instagram page and the relevant post, and must complete the required game steps.

• Participants who fail to comply with the game rules will be disqualified.

• The time of entries will be based on the Organiser's computer system time.

• A total of 15 eligible participants ("Winners") will each receive one lifeasy mini mincer.

• Even if a participant enters using more than one social media account, each participant is only eligible to win once and receive one prize.

• The winner list will be announced on the Organiser's Facebook page on or before 17 August 2026. Winners will receive a confirmation notification via comment or direct message from the Organiser.

• Prizes will be sent by courier. If a prize is lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the winner, the Organiser shall not be held responsible.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-resellable. The Organiser and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible for the safety, suitability, quality, or performance of the prizes. Participants agree that the Organiser and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for or make any compensation for any issues arising from the collection or use of the prizes.

• By participating in this Activity, participants agree to grant the Organiser and its affiliated entities a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and transferable license to use their entries in any media for marketing purposes, and to publish their names.

• If a participant submits content that the Organiser deems illegal, obscene, pornographic, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive, the participant will be disqualified and the content will be removed without prior notice.

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and/or its affiliates from and against any actions, liabilities, costs, claims, losses, damages, proceedings, and/or expenses incurred or suffered by the Organiser and/or its affiliates arising from the participant's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Details regarding the collection, compilation, retention, use, disclosure, and handling of personal data and any further information related to this Activity are set out in the applicable Terms and Conditions of this Activity and/or the Privacy Policy of IP&E GBA Limited (https://www.ipegba.com/privacy). Data may be disclosed to other members of our group, their respective agents, and business partners for purposes related to this Activity and other purposes you may agree to from time to time. Regulatory authorities, government agencies, and courts in different jurisdictions may also order us to disclose information to comply with legal obligations and responsibilities imposed on us. The collected data will be used for announcing the winner list, contacting winners, verifying winners' identities upon prize collection, and any purposes related to this Activity. You also have the right to access, correct, or inquire about your personal data held by us. • By participating in this Activity, participants agree to be bound by and accept these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser reserves the sole right to interpret these Terms and Conditions.

• Employees of the Organiser and its agents, as well as their respective service providers, are not eligible to participate in this Activity.

• The Organiser has the final and binding decision on all matters relating to this Activity (including the game format, eligibility, winner qualification, winner list, and prize collection arrangements).

• The Organiser reserves the right of final decision on this Activity and may cancel or amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
