2026-2027冬季爐具活動條款及細則  

• 特爾高能源有限公司為是次推廣活動之唯一主辦商。  

• 優惠期由即日起至2027年2月28日。  

• 於優惠期內向指定營運商購買指定型號氣體爐具，即有機會獲取三重獎賞 (包括: 第1賞、第2賞及第3賞)。  

• 每個供氣地址可購買多於一個氣體爐具，而領取第3賞的相關爐具必須安裝於特爾高能源有限公司中央石油氣供氣地址單位內。  

• 推廣期內所購買每個氣體爐具最多可享第1賞、第2賞、及第3賞。  

• 特爾高能源有限公司有權向客戶要求提交證明文件以核實其獲優惠資格。  

• 禮品及獎賞數量有限，送完即止。  

• 特爾高能源有限公司有權決定取消、終止、修改或暫停本活動。亦可自行更改是次活動之條款及細則而不需作另行通知，所有參加者須自行定期閱讀本活動條款及細則。  

• 如有任何爭議，特爾高能源有限公司保留本活動的一切決定權。

第1賞 

• 禮品數量有限，送完即止。 

• 所獲贈之禮品不設退換，亦不可兌換成現金或換作其他商品之用。 

• 特爾高能源有限公司對所有因領取或使用各禮品之後果概不負責，亦不會就禮品的質素或使用作出任何保證。 

• 獲優惠客戶需就有關禮品之疑問向禮品供應商查詢。特爾高能源有限公司不會因獲優惠客戶就禮品之申索而招至的損失或就使用禮品而構成的任何損失、損害或人身傷害負上任何責任。 

• 煤氣爐具的銷售點及優惠不適用於花園大廈及翠竹花園商場門市。有關煤氣爐具的查詢，以門市職員之解答為準。

第2賞 

• 購物優惠碼只適用於IPEshop網上商店。 

• 獲優惠客戶必須先登記成為IPEshop網上商店會員，方可使用優惠碼。 

• 購買任何產品滿$300，並於結帳前輸入IPEshop $100購物優惠碼，即減$100。優惠碼只能使用一次。 

• 優惠碼有效期至2027年3月31日，過期無效。

第3賞 

• 電轉氣額外賞只適用於特爾高能源有限公司之中央石油氣客戶。 

• 電轉氣額外賞只適用於更換同類型石油氣爐具，如由電磁煮食爐更換成石油氣煮食爐，或由電熱水爐更換成石油氣熱水爐。獎賞並不適用於任何煤氣爐具。 

• 客戶須先填妥網上電轉氣表格，上載: 1.) 舊電爐具照片; 及2.) 2026-2027冬季爐具活動期間所購買爐具單據照片。相關申請資料齊全及經核實後，特爾高能源有限公司會於7個工作天內透過表格上的電郵將有關購物優惠碼發送予客戶。 

• 客戶須於2027年3月15日前填妥網上電轉氣表格。逾期申請將不獲處理。 

• 購物優惠碼只適用於IPEshop網上商店。 

• 獲優惠客戶必須先登記成為IPEshop網上商店會員，方可使用優惠碼。 

• 購買任何產品滿$300，並於結帳前輸入IPEshop $300購物優惠碼，即減$300。優惠碼只能使用一次。 

• 優惠碼數量有限，只限首100名成功申請之客戶。 

• 優惠碼有效期至2027年4月30日，過期無效。

Stove Appliances Winter Seasonal Reward Scheme 2026-2027 Terms and Conditions (“the Scheme”) 

• DSG Energy Limited is the sole and exclusive sponsor in this promotion scheme. 

• The promotion period shall commence from this date until 28th February 2027. 

• Purchasing designated gas appliances during the promotion period from our designated operators may gain the opportunity to enjoy our triple reward offers (including 1st Round, 2nd Round and 3rd Round). 

• Participants may purchase more than one gas appliance. To redeem 3rd round offer, the LPG appliance must be installed within the said registered DSG Energy Limited Piped LPG premise. 

• For every purchased gas appliance may entitle to our 1st Round, 2nd Round and 3rd Round of reward offers for once only. 

• DSG Energy Limited reserves the rights to require participants to provide relevant identification document(s) to verify their eligibilities to participate in the Scheme. 

• DSG Energy Limited enjoys the absolute rights to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Scheme. DSG Energy Limited also reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions of the Scheme without giving prior notice. The participants shall regularly peruse terms and conditions of the Scheme on their own for the latest version. 

• In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 

1st Round of Reward Offers 

• Rewards are offered on a first come first served basis while stock lasts 

• Rewards offered are non-returnable, and non-exchangeable into cash or other rewards 

• DSG Energy Limited shall not be liable for any liabilities incurred onto the participants in relation to the collection and application of the rewards. DSG Energy also does not warrant the quality and/or the application of the rewards 

• Participants shall enquire their respective supplier of the reward offered should they have any query regarding the reward. DSG Energy Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damages, liabilities and/or personal harm incurred in relation to any of the rewards offered. 

• Towngas appliances sales and promotions are not available at Garden Estate and Tsui Chuk Commercial Centre showroom . If there is any enquiry on towngas appliances, the reply from showroom staffs shall prevail.

2nd Round of Reward Offers  

• Our Purchase Discount Code shall only apply to IPEshop online shop  

• Participants with our Purchase Discount Code offered must be an online registered member of our IPEshop online shop to apply the Purchase Discount Code  

• A HKD$100 discount shall apply for any purchase of products which reaches or exceeds HKD$300 in a single transaction with a valid Purchase Discount Code applied at checkout. Each Purchase Discount Code shall apply once only.  

• The Purchase Discount Code shall remain valid until 31st March 2027.

3rd Round of Reward Offers  

• Electric-to-LPG Reward Scheme shall only apply to Piped LPG Customers of DSG Energy Limited  

• Electric-to-LPG Reward Scheme shall only apply to replacement of LPG appliances of the same category, such as a replacement of electric stove into LPG stove, or a replacement of electric water heater into LPG water heater. The offer is not applicable to any Towngas appliance.  

• Participants shall duly complete and submit an online Electric-to-LPG Form together with: - 1.) a photo of the old electric stove appliance, and; 2.) official receipt of the LPG stove appliance newly purchased during Stove Appliances Winter Seasonal Reward Scheme 2026-2027. Upon the receipt of duly completed supporting documents and verification by DSG Energy Limited, DSG Energy Limited shall deliver the relevant Purchase Discount Code to the participants through the email as stated in the Electric-to-LPG Form in 7 working days  

• Participants shall complete and submit the Electric-to-LPG Form to DSG Energy on or before 15th March 2027. Late submission will not be processed  

• Our Purchase Discount Code shall only apply to IPEshop online shop  

• A HKD$300 discount shall apply for any purchase of products which reaches or exceeds HKD$300 in a single transaction with a valid Purchase Discount Code applied at checkout. Each Purchase Discount Code shall apply once only.  

• Quantity for the promocode is limited to first 100 successful application.  

• The Purchase Discount Code shall remain valid until 30th April 2027.
