Q1. What is the delivery lead time?

A: Delivery is usually made within 7-12 days from the date of purchase.

Q2. What delivery options are available?

A: We provide door-to-door delivery service.

Q3. How much of the purchase amount to enjoy free delivery?

A: Net purchase amount over HK$350 can enjoy one spot delivery for free or pay HK$50 for delivery service.

Q4. Can I select a specific delivery time slot?

A: The delivery is available during 9:00am to 6:00pm and our courier will call you before delivery for confirmation.

Q5. Can I change the delivery date?

A: We are sorry that the date cannot be changed. You may confirm your time slot with courier team directly.

Q6. Is it possible to change the delivery address for a confirmed order?

A: We are happy to help. Please contact CS team at least 3 working days in advance for changing address. Please note that the address can only change once.

Q7. What payment is available?

A: Master / Visa will do.

Q8. What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

A: We are sorry for inconvenience caused. Please contact CS team for closely follow up.

Q9. Can I exchange the product I have wrongly chosen?

A: We are the exchange is not available.

Q10. What can I do if the product is damaged or defected?

A: If the product includes a warranty service, please contact the designated warranty service center. For other products, please contact our CS team for further assistance.
