IP&E GBA support FHKI “Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme”. Gain valuable experience in a real working environment

The Federation of Hong Kong Industries co-organize the “Job Shadowing Mentorship Scheme” with Social Welfare Department, the Boys’ & Girl’s Clubs Association of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association and Caritas School Social Work Service since 2013, over 100 junior secondary students from various schools participated every year. This year, Ms Karen Wong, Brand and Strategy Director and Mr Wayne Tong, Operations Senior Manage, joined as volunteer mentors and arrange workplaces visit and share their career paths, ups-and-downs and ways to success, aims to inspire students on career life planning.

Four students from different schools had benefitted much from the experience: “Mentors encourage me to try new things and pursuit our dream.”
