IP&E Honoured with "Partner Employer Award" – Growing Together with Our Interns

IP&E GBA Limited (IP&E) has once again been recognised as a "Partner Employer Award" awardee by the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association – our consecutive honour since 2021.

The award scheme recognises companies that actively create employment and internship opportunities for local graduates and students, affirming our ongoing commitment to youth development and talent cultivation.

Nurturing Future Talent

This summer, we welcomed a group of passionate interns to our Brand & Strategy, HSSE & Sustainability, and Operations teams. Through hands-on projects and mentorship, they gained valuable insights into our business operations. On their final day, they shared thoughtful reflections on what they learned and how the experience had shaped their aspirations.

Their growth also provided a valuable development opportunity for our mid-level team members, who stepped up as mentors and leaders – demonstrating the power of shared learning.

Their progress has been truly inspiring and has reinforced our commitment to youth development, creating more opportunities for the younger generation to gain practical experience and grow.
