Refer & Rewards Program

1. The promotion period is from now to 31 May 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To redeem the prize, a Referrer must make a successful referral of a Referee to register as an IPEGBA App member during the Promotion Period.

3. The Referrer must be an existing IPEGBA App member and complete the Online Registration Form (the “Form”) during the Promotion Period after the Referee registers. 

4. If a Referee has been referred by more than one Referrer, only the first Referrer who submitted the Form will be entitled to receive the prize.

5. The referee must be a new IPEGBA member.

6. The referrer must obtain consent from the Referee before providing the Referee’s information to IP&E GBA Limited (IP&E). 

7. The prize is only available while stock lasts.

8. IP&E is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged coupons.

9. If any information provided by the participant is found to be misleading, that entry shall be deemed to be invalid.

10.  In case of disputes, IP&E reserves the right to the final decision, including suspending, terminating, or changing details of the promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

11. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
