1. Delivery Service (Hong Kong):

 

1.1 Logistics

  • As payment settled, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Products will be delivered to the specified address in 7-12 business days.

  • Any errors or omissions in delivery information may lead to a delay in delivery.

  • Applicable to Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/New Territories and Tung Chung area; Not applicable to Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Ma Wan, outlying islands and restricted areas.

 

1.2 Cancellation or Reschedule Delivery

  •  Cancellation and reschedule delivery are not available.

 

1.3 Adverse Weather Arrangement

  • Delivery service on the days affected by typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning will be suspended (if applicable). Our company will contact the customer to arrange a rescheduled delivery.

  • IP&E GBA Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • IP&E GBA Ltd. reserves the right for any final decision and any disputes related to it.

 

2. Product Terms and Conditions & Warranty

 

  • All information and photos are provided by the merchant as for reference only. The actual product shall prevail.

  • The warranty service can refer to the product warranty description (if applicable).

  • Instruction for use may refer to the product manual.

 

3. Refund or Exchange Policy

  • All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • If there is any damage or defect found on products, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 working days upon receipt of product. Keep the original complete packaging of product and remain the same condition as purchased.

  • IP&E GBA Ltd. reserves rights to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • IP&E GBA Ltd. reserves rights on exchange and refund policy. In case of any dispute, its final decision shall prevail.
